These terms govern use of the Solid Cloud AI LLC ("Solid Cloud AI") website and services.

Services

Solid Cloud AI LLC provides AI voice receptionist, website chatbot, missed-call text-back, lead follow-up, review-request, website and marketing services as described in each client's order.

Pricing & billing

Monthly plan prices are shown on our website. Each plan has a one-time setup fee shown on our pricing page. Ad spend is paid by the client directly and is separate from our fee.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of the business information they provide, for approving how their assistant responds, and for having the right to contact their customers.

AI limitations

AI assistants can make mistakes. They are not a substitute for emergency services. Urgent situations should always be routed to a person or to 911.

Availability

We design our services to be available around the clock but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
